YutoAI provides digital virtual goods, AI subscription assistance, account support, redemption codes, tutorials, downloadable materials, automatic delivery, manual processing, API-related services and after-sales support. Details, price, delivery method, warranty period, supported regions and restrictions are shown on the product page or confirmed by support.
Products related to ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Google, Claude, Anthropic, Grok, xAI, DeepSeek, Zhipu, Qwen, Midjourney, Perplexity or other third-party platforms do not mean that YutoAI is an official representative, agent, authorized reseller or affiliate of those third parties. Trademarks, names, rules and services belong to their respective owners.
Automatically delivered items operate 24/7 and are usually shown or sent after successful payment. Codes, account materials, fixed content and downloads are deemed delivered once displayed, sent or made accessible. Manual support hours are 09:00-17:30 Hong Kong time on Hong Kong business days. Weekends and Hong Kong public holidays are non-service periods, and messages are not replied to during those periods. Manual or subscription-assistance orders may depend on third-party systems, regional rules, risk controls and user cooperation.
Support is provided only within the warranty period stated on the product page, order page or support confirmation. After the warranty period expires, renewal, recovery, maintenance, troubleshooting or additional manual assistance may require extra fees based on the actual service needed.
Yuto Care is an optional paid protection plan for eligible third-party account or subscription products only. If selected and paid at checkout, the order receives enhanced continuity support during the purchased protection period. For subscription interruptions, access abnormalities or similar issues covered by the product terms, YutoAI may provide one subscription continuation, replacement or equivalent assistance per calendar month for the affected order.
Yuto Care does not provide unlimited cash compensation, lifetime service or coverage for issues caused by user misconduct, policy violations, abuse, credential leakage, unauthorized sharing, user-side environment or IP risks, user changes to account/security settings, or matters outside the product description. Specific handling depends on the order record, product page, third-party platform rules and support assessment.
Digital goods, codes, account materials, subscription assistance and started manual services are immediate and may not be fully returnable. Unless required by law, expressly promised by the platform or caused by the platform's failure to perform, delivered or started services generally do not support no-reason refunds.
You must comply with applicable laws, public order and third-party platform terms. YutoAI may refuse, suspend or terminate services involving illegal content, infringement, fraud, spam, malicious registration, security attacks, privacy violations, gambling, pornography, malware, harassment or other improper use.
AI outputs, third-party results and internet-based information may be inaccurate, delayed, biased, incomplete or unavailable. Users are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether they are suitable for their use.
YutoAI will reasonably assist with issues caused by networks, power, cloud services, payment channels, third-party platforms, security incidents, maintenance, regulatory requirements or other events beyond reasonable control, but liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order to the extent permitted by law.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. YutoAI may update these Terms as business, legal or third-party platform rules change. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
We use information to create and verify accounts, process orders and payments, deliver products, provide API and AI services, manage quotas, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, handle after-sales requests, send necessary service notices and meet compliance obligations.
To provide AI or API services, necessary inputs, files, prompts, parameters, outputs and context may be transmitted to model providers, API providers, infrastructure providers or support tools. Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, credentials or information you are not authorized to process unless necessary and legally authorized.
We do not sell unrelated personal information. We may share or entrust necessary data with hosting, database, CDN, storage, security, AI model, API, payment, email, support, analytics, legal, audit or government-authorized parties only where needed to provide the service, protect security or comply with law.
We may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep sessions, remember preferences, analyze traffic, detect abuse and improve user experience. Browser language may be used to display English content for English-language devices.
Information is retained only for service, contract, audit, tax, risk control, dispute handling, security or legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
